Cela Duchy encompasses the entire Cela Mountain range, the Jaelport Peninsula, and the Shelosh Islands. All Cela but the eastern tip of the Cela Mountains sits in Darkness. Cela is governed by Duke Yagil Hamartano, Lord of Jaelport and Councilor of Darkness Mountains. The houses in Cela Duchy are: Land’s End, Meneton, Jaelport, and Hamonah.
The crest of Cela Duchy is that of Jaelport, a green gowzal on a field of red fur.
