Picture description
Draw a picture of Darius in his bedroom, wearing the cyber suit. Have the crate beside him with the lid off so we can see Robo’s head inside. It would be good to draw Flea somewhere in the room too. Flea is a little robotic insect that Darius made. I put some pictures below to give you some ideas for how to draw Darius, the cyber suit, Flea, Robo, the crate, and Darius’ bedroom. Have fun!
Excerpt from Chapter Two of The Tiny Cyborg:
A big crate sat inside Darius’ bedroom. The crate was half his height. “Darius Cassian” was stamped on the top. Curious, Darius pulled the crate inside his room and closed the door. He looked around for something to pry off the lid. Then he remembered how strong he was in the hard suit.
He grabbed the top corner of the crate and pulled. It creaked as nails tugged from the wood. But the lid came off easily.
Inside, covered in shredded packing foam, was a robot dog.
Darius
Darius is a small boy. He has big eyes, short light brown hair, and a kind face.
Darius’s Hard Suit
Bedroom
Darius has a fancy, futuristic-like bedroom. His room should have a bed, a window, and a desk with a computer. Don’t forget to put the big crate in the middle of the room.
Crate
The crate should be a little taller than Darius’ waist (since Darius is so short). It needs to be big enough to hold a full-size robot dog.
