Laurie J. Edwards says
Yay, Jill!!! Will you be there? I’ll be in Washington, DC, at ALA then, but will be sure to watch it via the blog. I’m so excited for you! The book’s great, so the honor’s well deserved.
novelteen says
Thanks, Laurie! No, I can’t afford to go. I’ve saved up all year to afford the ACFW conference in Indianapolis. Brad and I will hook the internet up to the living room TV. Brad says he’ll make me a fancy dinner and we can dress up and watch the text feed. LOL! I think that will probably be a bit borning, but it’s sweet of him. Also, it will only be 5:30 for us, so we’d have to distract our kids somehow… 🙂
